Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the
damnhappycash.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
damnhappycash.com
may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this
agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up
with
damnhappycash.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to
terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued
participation in the
damnhappycash.com program
following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship of the Parties
You and
damnhappycash.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or
employment relationship between you and
damnhappycash.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
damnhappycash.com.
You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that
would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible
for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using
the
damnhappycash.com
program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no
part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions
may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but
it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other
information we consider as copyrighted material.
Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline
by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
damnhappycash.com
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or
any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
damnhappycash.com program, even if
damnhappycash.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
damnhappycash.com aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The
provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the
Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other
method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate
termination of your membership with
damnhappycash.com and may result in legal prosecution.
damnhappycash.com
strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any
member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall
also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any
authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming
incident.

may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be
grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up
multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
damnhappycash.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate
our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy

required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's. This is including but not

in cases of fraudulent activity; in those cases, members' username,
email address, and IP addresses, as well as any offers completed, may be
disclosed to other site owners and advertisers.
Payment
Payments are made daily with
the exception of first time cashouts which are one week. Trial offers
are held for a week due to verification purposes. Photo ID is ONLY
required if we suspect fraud.
Your
account information must be up to date in order to receive payment.
Random phone verifications will be made monthly. ( this means I will
pick 3 people that have cashed out randomly to verify their info) Any
reversals received will be deducted from balances before payments are
made.
Please Note: Referrals do not register on contests unless verification of email address is completed.
Termination
Your account will be terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Using false information when registering on the site or completing offers
- Committing fraud here or any other site
- Invalid referrals and / or proxy servers.
- For having multiple accounts in the same household
- If requested by an Advertiser
- For excessive reversals
- Promoting DamnHappyCash's referral links on any illegal websites or through spamming
- Making slanderous comments against DamnHappyCash or its owner
- Harassment against DamnHappyCash members or owner in any form.

DamnHappyCash reserves the right to delete any member with just cause

Duplication of any offer on this site or on other sites. You can
only do any offer one time overall - not once per site. Offer
duplication results in reversals, 3 of which can result in account
deletion and forfeiture of funds. If your account is deleted for fraud,
your account balance will not be paid.
- All accounts that
have been inactive for more than 3 months will me marked as inactive.
To prevent this simply log in every once in a while.
- All accounts that
have been inactive for 6 months or more will be marked as deleted. To
prevent this simply log in once in a while
Changes to this Policy
Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to
time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes
that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on
this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a
more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at
the top of the page.
